Continuing Education
Dave Endres founded Endres Reporting Solutions, LLC in 2014 to provide customized reporting services with Microsoft Office, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), and Adobe PDF. After working for 20 years in both the public and private sectors, it was recognized that many databases and accounting systems do not provide adequate reporting tools for business owners to make the best business decisions. While most companies make use of tools such as Microsoft Office and Adobe, they really only scratch the surface of what those tools can do.
Annually, I attend an average of 40 hours of continuing education classes. Additionally, I participate in developer message boards, read Microsoft developer documents, attend webinars, read textbooks written by experts in Microsoft Office development and spend countless hours researching online.
In 1996, Dave earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and went on to earn his CPA license three years later. Initially performing audits as a public accountant, Dave eventually moved into a controller position in the private sector. In addition to carrying out accounting duties, Dave obtained training and experience in many reporting tools including Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe PDF and Crystal Reports.
After a company closing, Dave went on to earn an Associates Degree as a Programmer/Analyst at Madison College in 2011. Recognizing the needs of businesses to improve their reporting systems and make the most out of their data management tools, Endres Reporting Solutions, LLC was created three years later.
